When you purchase Stem Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the software for personal or commercial audio production.
Stem Studio is designed for macOS and optimized for Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4). It is the user's responsibility to ensure their hardware meets the minimum requirements before purchase.
Refunds are handled through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Given the nature of digital software, we generally follow Lemon Squeezy’s standard refund terms. If you have a technical issue that prevents the software from working, please contact us for support.
Stem Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages (including data loss or hardware issues) resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models used within Stem Studio.
